Centering Equity & Community Voice in Data Partnerships to Promote Education Equity: Highlights & learnings from EiPLC cohort 2

Our Equity in Practice Learning Community (EiPLC) was designed to support two cohorts of sites to implement and build on the promising practices identified in our 2020 Toolkit for Centering Racial Equity in Data Integration. Sites were selected through a competitive request for applications process in 2022 and 2023. Our second cohort included sites focused on education equity, and their 30-month engagement ran from May 2023 through October 2025. This report highlights ingredients for success, as well as reflections from both the AISP team and Cohort 2.
