The Guilford County Integrated Data & Services (IDS) Department advances data-informed decision-making across County government by developing the infrastructure needed to integrate data across departments to improve service delivery, strengthen cross-system collaboration, and support better outcomes for residents. IDS serves as a centralized analytics and strategy partner for County leadership and departments seeking to use data to address complex policy and operational challenges. The team supports program evaluation, performance management, and cross-sector initiatives, while establishing strong data governance, security, and stewardship practices. In addition to internal analytics support, IDS is building the foundational infrastructure and partnerships needed to support data integration and more coordinated decision-making across Health and Human Services, public safety, and other County systems.
