NC DHHS is developing the infrastructure, both technical and organizational, to enable data integration among the Department’s many Divisions for the services they provide to the people of North Carolina. This effort aims to facilitate a 360-degree view of NC residents, enabling more effective outreach for service offerings as well as the ability to evaluate policy and program effectiveness. The initiative is executed in close partnership with the state’s Health Information Exchange (NCHealthConnex) and NC’s Government Data Analytics Center within the state’s Department of Information Technology.
