AISP can reimburse one attendee from each Network Site for their travel costs including flight, train, ground transportation to and from the airport, airport parking, and hotel parking. Food costs outside of what is served at the Network Meeting are not reimbursable expenses at this time.
Before reimbursement can be completed, attendees must be onboarded into the Penn Marketplace payment system. You should have already received an invite to this system if you indicated in your registration that you would be reimbursed. If you have been reimbursed for travel by Penn in the past and are already onboarded into this system, you can skip this step.
Personal Reimbursements: If you personally covered your travel costs and need to seek reimbursement, please fill out and sign the Guest Travel Reimbursement Worksheet and email it with your supporting receipts to Kristen at krsm@upenn.edu.
Employer Reimbursements: Please create an itemized invoice that includes all of your expenses and lists the name of your employer, address, contact telephone, contact email, and a unique invoice number, and send the invoice along with your supporting receipts to Kristen at krsm@upenn.edu.
The deadline for submitting travel reimbursements is Wednesday, July 1st.
If you have any questions about this process please reach out to Kristen Egoville at krsm@upenn.edu.
