New AISP primer on Privacy Act
Our latest primer breaks down the key protections of the Privacy Act of 1974—a foundational law that governs how federal agencies collect, use, and share personal information. This easy-to-understand guide explains what the law covers, who it protects, and why it matters for data privacy today. This resource is intended as a starting point for understanding individual rights and agency responsibilities under the Privacy Act.

AISP Network Call
On July 14 Network members gathered on Zoom to learn about two frameworks designed to help practitioners and policymakers think holistically about data and outcomes for children and their families: the STEP Forward with Data Framework and the Education to Workforce (E-W) Indicator Framework. We also viewed a data tool that brings the E-W Framework to life with federal data, and discussed the implementation of these tools with IDS capacity.
