TogetherNow believes that realizing our community’s potential means changing the health, education and human service system itself through innovation and collaboration.

It’s a website used by both individuals and service providers to find and connect with each other. MyWayfinder makes it easier to navigate the complex system of human services, health, education, and government services by bringing them all to one place and offering tools to make it easier for users to stay on top of things.
