AISP Network: Oregon Integrated Client Services

About the Work

Oregon’s Integrated Client Services (ICS) was established in 2005 and is a shared service between the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and Department of Human Services (DHS). ICS maintains a dynamic and longitudinal client index across multiple Oregon agencies and programs such as Medicaid, SNAP, Behavioral Health, Vital Statistics, Education, Corrections, and others. These partnerships and individual level links allow ICS to create longitudinal and single use datasets, respond to timely legislative requests, support program improvement and policy implementation, facilitate improved data sharing, and allow for a comprehensive view of Oregonians.

Oregon Integrated Client Services is hosted by Office of Forecasting, Research, and Analysis.
