Your Journey to Centering Racial Equity: A Companion Workbook  (2025) is designed as a complement to A Toolkit for Centering Racial Equity Throughout Data Integration (2025). This workbook is a starting point, designed to help bring about action and incorporates 13 activities developed and refined through almost two decades of site-based technical assistance, including the Equity in Practice Learning Community. The workbook is divided into two parts, Part 1: laying the groundwork, which includes foundational activities including creating a shared vision and understanding power; and Part 2: building the infrastructure, which covers implementation activities such as setting the table and evaluating risk versus benefit.
